Meet Kirsten [She/Her/They/Them]
Look Over There!
Here is where I insert my formal biography and you speed read through it. You will likely latch onto the parts you love and roll your eyes at the parts you find far fetched. It’s a complicated relationship between Interweb connections. But, I trust that when you finish reading the formal biography you will be ready for the more down-to-earth, awkward person next door that you were hoping to speak to today. I’ll wait while you read.
Formal Introduction
The Everyday Kirsten
I will assume you finished the formal introduction and are ready to get to know me a little less formally. Here’s my story. More than the professional byline and technical teachings. I am active. I can be found at 39-years-old still climbing trees and playing in tree houses. I love a good dinosaur yoga video with my good friend "Rexy" the T-rex.
I want my students to be happy, healthy, and strong in their convictions. I want to foster a space of love, compassion, and lots of humor, oh please laugh with me. If you choose to join a training of mine online or in person I hope you will learn to find your edge and teeter over it a bit. My teachings are meant to challenge you, which means at times you might not like me so much (I’m okay with that).
I hope you will introduce yourself and share your story with me. All you need to do is take the first step. Reach out your hand and say hello. I know reaching out can be scary, but I promise it's not nearly as scary as wondering, "What if?"

“I went after a dream I didn’t believe I could have until I met Kirsten. I made it Rim to Rim through the Grand Canyon. It was an awesome adventure for me because I did plenty of training beforehand. I’ve never met someone with such an infectious personality and passion for others. Kirsten’s teachings taught even this 75-year-old woman a few life lessons.
