Find Your Wellness

Wellness is an active and intentional process of physical, mental, and social well-being. Despite the glossy package of wellness we see daily, it extends beyond the four walls of a studio or gym. It has roots in the educational, social, emotional, spiritual, environmental, occupational, intellectual, and physical wellbeing. In my experience, the workout has kept us “out” of the work we needed to begin with— the internal chatter. Sustaining true wellness feels exhausting because we feel the weight of our thoughts and how they have contributed to our actions. The smaller waistline or cleaner eating habits didn’t stop the mass consumption of “junk food” that made up our social interactions, emotional trauma, or occupational inequalities. If you landed on this page, I know that are you seeking action. Action begins with our thoughts. There is an entire process of unlearning in our health that is necessary for anyone to finally find wellness in its wholeness.

 

Why you are really here

If I had to venture a guess, I would say that you are fed up with your wellness needle being stuck in place. You are exhausted by promises of other programs that work for a finite amount of time but ultimately leave you spiraling back to old habits and practices. Am I in the ballpark? You are not alone.

What I offer

I won’t sugar coat this, mostly because I have an awful sweet tooth and will likely come at you like a small child on a sugar rush, what I offer is NOT easy or like any other practice out there. Instead, I become the advocate of your true-self. The one who whispers every so often to you about the choices you are making but gets hushed by the quick fix of whatever instant gratification you reach for in the moment. Through advocacy, I can assist you in finding the teacher within yourself. I offer a place of vulnerability and trust, challenge and growth. I offer the space for your true transformation.

Here’s how my advocacy of your true-self plays out in a one-on-one coaching session.

  • Every good relationship begins with a simple conversation. Here we can unpack your wellness journey up to this moment and begin to uproot the obstacles that are limiting your growth. [Relationships are a two-way street so be prepared to do the work.]

  • We will build, yes we, a practice that bridges the gap between who you are, deeply and truly, and who you are at this moment.

  • You will receive tools and resources to help you navigate the obstacles that are disrupting the clarity of your wellness mastery within you.

  • I will provide the accountability throughout to help in the moments that are most challenging for all us as we venture on our wellness path.

Can I afford it?

The short answer is, I have never turned anyone away who truly wanted to transform their wellness because of their inability to pay. There is always a space here for those who want to improve their wellness. (See contact below for more info).

The more complete answer is—many of us spend so much money on things we don’t need to cover up, hide, and ignore the root of our wellness struggle that it’s time we invest in something that transforms us.

One-on-one packages begin at $1500 (payment plans available). That may sound like a lot but consider the cost of a massage averaging $110 per hour and a personal training session averaging $75. That is $185 for two things that last one day. My coaching is about lasting wellness. Unlike many wellness programs out there I am coaching you to become your own coach.
